Delete your FastX account

In the app (immediate)

  1. Sign in and open Settings (bottom-right tab).
  2. Scroll to Delete account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account, meals, photos, weight entries, schedule and notification subscriptions are erased right away. This cannot be undone.

Can't sign in? Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll delete it within 7 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted and kept

Deleted: profile, email, password, preferences, fasting records, meals and ingredients, meal photos, weight log, reminders and push subscriptions.

Kept: nothing personal. Server logs that may contain your IP address are rotated automatically within 30 days.

Want a copy first? Use Settings → Export my data before deleting.
